malfunctioning controller low water pressure
The restaurant staff provided great service. Food quality met expectations.
I was disappointed that the television remote did not function properly. The tea and coffee provided were quite basic. The water pressure in the bathroom was too low for the shower head to work well.

charming getaway!
helpful staff stylish furnishings
The staff were so cute. They greeted me warmly. the room i had was very nice, and the amenities were great. i enjoyed the comfortable bed and found the furnishings very stylish! the available games in the lounge area were fun, especially in the evenings.
i found the water pressure in the shower rather low. it made using the rain shower head less enjoyable than i had hoped! it was a small issue, though.

The leisure facilities were very good, and i used the pool. towels were provided. This was very convenient. i also played some of the games in the lounge area during the evenings. That was really fun.

A Peaceful Getaway
period charm indoor pool coastal path
The attractive Edwardian-style building had such period charm. I walked easily to the beach, and the Norfolk Coast Path offered amazing views. The indoor pool was a major plus. I swam every day.
The shower pressure was slightly low, perhaps due to the plumbing in an old building.

The hotel is near the Norfolk Coast Path, I walked to the beach, it was a short walk. Frequent buses serve all places along the coast, there's a flat fare. It is located in peaceful countryside.

Staff ensured everyone was happy. They were very helpful. The desk staff worked hard.

I swam in the indoor pool, it was VERY clean. The gym has good equipment. Parking is plentiful, finding a spot was EASY.

Breakfast offers much choice, fruit, cereals, toast etc. Cooked breakfast is available too. I ate in the restaurant every evening, the food was AMAZING!!!

The room was large and had a big window. I accessed my floor using an elevator. Breakfast offered predominantly English options and it was plentiful.
The swimming pool felt a bit cool.

the room was large. it had a big window. a elevator was available. the location is NEAR the golf course AND the beach.
the restaurant experience disappointed me. they COULDN'T offer local crab. the staff seemed inexperienced. the duck dish wasn't warm enough and i didn't enjoy it
