Reviews and Ratings
Our stay was quite frustrating due to the lack of considerations for elderly guests, which was disappointing for the price we paid. The hotel does have some redeeming qualities like a polite staff and clean facilities, but the room's accessibility features were poorly executed. On the upside, it has a lovely view of the golf course which adds charm to the stay.
My recent stay at this hotel was quite mixed. While the views from the room were lovely and the food in the restaurant was surprisingly good, the overall service left much to be desired. Staff appeared to be overwhelmed and lacking proper training, which really affected the experience. Additionally, the facilities were not up to par, with issues like the pool being too cold. I doubt I would return unless improvements are made.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel, which was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to assist us, from planning our evening out to simply being available whenever needed. However, there was a slight hiccup with the dining experience as the options felt a bit limited, and the sports bar wasn't open during a key match. Overall, though, it was a great value for money and a lovely place to visit with family.
I was initially drawn to this hotel for its charm, but I was disappointed with the recent changes. The atmosphere has shifted from a quaint, character-filled setting to a more corporate feel, likely due to the influx of coach parties. While the food quality is still decent, the personal touch and quiet ambiance we loved are missing. It might be our last visit, which is unfortunate.
The hotel is a charming old building with lovely views and a great location near the coast. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at reception. However, the property needs some serious upkeep and attention to detail, as I found dust and broken fixtures in my room. The dining experience was decent, but the service lacked the warmth I hoped for, which dampened the overall vibe.
